Procurement and Supply Chain Manager

• Lead general procurement across all phases, including commodities, stationery, IT, water supplies, etc., not limited to any specific vertical or industry.
• Order materials and services as per negotiated terms and approvals;
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships;
• Prepare purchase requisitions, approve, and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions;
• Engage with suppliers;
• Aim to lower costs and secure agreements;
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers;
• Implement procurement strategies;
• Track purchasing activities and metrics.

• 7+ years of experience at a managerial level in procurement and supply chain operations.
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
