will carry out personal assistant tasks as the liaison to the Principalsu0027 for their interior projects which happen often, and jumping in where there is an operational need.QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES

- Arabic Language
- UAE or International Driver’s License Mandatory
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design Mandatory
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Exceptional people skills
- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Multitasking efficiently
- Effective time management
- Able to work under pressure and manage last-minute requests.
- Willing to go above and beyond in service to UHNW household.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities.
- In depth knowledge of operations in a luxury property
- An eye for detail and aesthetics
- Product source knowledge
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Exceptionally well-groomed with excellent social etiquette
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Advanced MS office skills – word, excel, outlook, ppt.
