  • The Business Process Engineer/Requirements Manager works closely with various stakeholders across the agency to solicit, document, analyze, improve, and streamline business processes and workflows
  • Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and team members, generating communications, documentation, and executive-level briefs
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master to translate process and workflow recommendations into requirements in the form of Agile user stories
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with team, clients, and stakeholders
  • In addition to end customers, the BPE and requirements managers will introduce efficiencies on the team, improving how the team operates and conducts work
  • Work directly with the cloud engineers and developers to triage and conduct technical review meetings for customer requirements
  • Coordinate with the vendor, other agencies, and other providers on product changes, demos, marketing sessions, and other meetings
  • As needed they will support the intake of ServiceNow requirements that the PMO receives on a daily basis

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to maintain the required security clearance for this role -active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • 3+ years of experience: Requirements Engineering, Communications Planning, PowerPoint Deck Creation, Technical Documentation, Customer Communications, Business Process Requirements
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
