The home care RN coordinates skilled services within the patient’s interdisciplinary team as well as directs the patient’s paraprofessional services. Positions available in Bronx, Lower Westchester or ManhattanThe ideal RN candidate is a dedicated, compassionate, and confident clinician with a current NYS RN license and strong organizational, communication, written, and customer service skills. We expect our nursing candidate to be competent with Microsoft office, and have a reliable mode of transportation in order to conduct home visits. A BSN degree, prior CHHA experience, and a working knowledge of Home Care Home Base EMR are preferable.
