RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learn and internalize Earl Stewart Toyota's customer experience policy: The Earl Stewart Code
Perform work specified on the repair order/estimate with efficiency and superior craftsmanship following manufacturer's recommendations
Test-drive vehicles
Communicate directly with the manager/writer so that customers can be informed if any additional repairs are needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Must have clean & valid driver's license
