Ensure effective maintenance and reliable operation of all kitchen and laundry equipment
Carry out servicing and preventive maintenance of all types of refrigeration equipment
Assist the shift operation as and when necessary

We are looking for someone who:

Understands kitchen and laundry equipment in a hotel
Is friendly, helpful and trustworthy team member
Enjoys taking on a new challenge
Not afraid to take up new challenges
Willing to work on shifts
Has relevant experience with an International 5* Hotel Group
Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
A motivator and a self-starter
