- Formulate effective sales strategies and carry out marketing events and sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand the client base
- Create and apply comprehensive wealth strategies and investment and insurance offerings for different client segments and channels.
- Build robust relationships with clients and broaden the network of high-net-worth clients
- Assess the client’s needs and offer customized solutions in private wealth management, encompassing wealth generation, enhancement, protection, and succession planning
- Guide and inspire a team of sales professionals to drive results and exceed sales goals
- Full adherence to internal guidelines and external regulatory institutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
- At least 8 years of experience working with high-net worth clients
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge in insurance products, bonds, funds and other financial instruments
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Qualifications in IIQE 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8
