SENIOR CORPORATE FINANCE OFFICER – IPO/SET & SEC REGULATIONS

• Assisting in organizing financial data, macroeconomic reports, and analyst reports.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including financial advisor, legal advisor, internal auditor, regulators, underwriters and other related parties in the IPO process.
• Assisting in organizing and coordinating investor events, meetings roadshows, and conferences (if any). This includes managing invitations and materials and ensuring the smooth execution of these events.
• Working closely with other internal departments such as purchasing, finance and accounting, legal, marketing, and operations to support IPO work and filling submissions.
• Assisting in preparing, analysing and distributing presentations and assisting in preparing and filing documents.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5 years experience in finance and accounting, external auditor, investment banking, or corporate finance, with exposure to IPO transactions preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Possess the ability to drive for results.
• Process management, accountability, problem-solving and coordination skills.
