Account Manager Global Life Science Hub is thrilled to present a unique opportunity in with a leading player in the pharmaceutical sector. This mid-size CDMO has been a catalyst for innovation and excellence within the pharmaceutical realm. Established with Greek roots, it has embraced a global perspective, offering an extensive range of more than 150 pharmaceutical solutions. Recognized for its unwavering dedication to quality and ethical practices, this company has cemented its position as a prominent figure in the pharmaceutical landscape of Greece, extending its influence through strategic partnerships and exports across the globe. This organisation is going through expansion in their Customer Relations department, and they are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Key Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for key clients, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of Customer Relations and Business Development Managers to design the business relations framework for your portfolio of clients. Act as the main liaison between the company and clients, coordinating with various internal departments Work closely with Operations on ad hoc projects related to the commercial phase of contracts and collaborate with the QA Department on QA project-related matters. Prepare and review the Sales Budget, making any necessary amendments throughout the execution year. Participate in Business Review Meetings with clients and provide relevant materials as needed. Actively contribute to the design of production schedules in collaboration with the Operations, Supply Chain, and Planning Departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or another manufacturing sector. Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Exceptional teamwork abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
