- Provide effective leadership to hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of employee morale and engagement.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
- Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to ensure profitability and financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy rates, increase revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards to maintain the Quality Inn brand integrity.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Collaborate with corporate management and participate in regular meetings, trainings, and initiatives as required.
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hotel industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus.
