The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership to hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of employee morale and engagement.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
  • Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue streams to ensure profitability and financial targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy rates, increase revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards to maintain the Quality Inn brand integrity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
  • Collaborate with corporate management and participate in regular meetings, trainings, and initiatives as required.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of hotel industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Certification in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus.
