Data Processing Officer - Dimension Alliance Engineering

• Organize documents; prepare and code data for entry into the computer system.
• Enter data into the system via online terminals and other data entry devices; verify for accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in files.
• Answer phone; screen calls; respond to any inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate office or individual; compose correspondence in response to inquiries.
• Maintain a library of any reference material needed to ensure accurate coding.
• File material into the proper location.
• Assist with other work processing or other tasks as needed

• HND
• A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is desirable.
• 2 years’work experience
• Good command of English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
