- Contribute to the development of the analytics and data science capabilities, promote data-driven decision making and help to build the data platform
- Own a wide range of tasks, from building data pipelines and loading data into the data warehouse to creating and presenting insights on customer behaviour
- Work with various teams and domains, including growth, operations, product, finance, to enable data-driven decisions, build tooling or generate insights
- University degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar)
- 2-6 years of experience working as a data analyst, data scientist, business intelligence analyst/engineer or analytics engineer
- You have excellent SQL skills and experience with Python in a professional environment, ideally, you have experience with dbt and Airflow
- You are proficient in at least one business intelligence tool (for example, Looker, Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI)
- You have strong experience in at least one of the following and are willing to stretch into the other areas:
- building data pipelines for analytics, modelling and transforming data in the database/data warehouse, creating reports, dashboards and other data products
- using data analysis, insights and visualisations to influence high-impact decisions and solve complex business problems
- applying data science techniques to solve business problems (for example, A/B testing, forecasting, ML modelling)
- You have what it takes to work in a high-growth startup environment: you are able to own and drive projects end to end with minimal inputs, you deliver fast, you are reactive and flexible, and you can work on more than one project at a time
- An understanding of financial services and the investment world is an advantage, but it’s not required. A willingness to learn about it is a must, though!
