- Native-level French and very good command of English.
- Willing to work abroad (on-site in Lisbon).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Customer service experience (preferred).
- Fixed salary with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
