Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Student Advisor. The Student Advisor will be responsible for interpersonal communication, student counselling, education, communication and customer service on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for helping students achieve their goals Experience with student counselling, preferably in a higher education environment Strong communication skills, both oral and written Knowledge and understanding of education systems, preferably with experience studying abroad Customer service experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Counseling, Social Work or related field Experience working with international students and knowledge of the New Zealand educational system is preferred Duties and Responsibilities Provide information to students and their families about study opportunities in New Zealand Maintain and manage up-to-date leads and application pipelines to maximize conversion Attend to student face-to-face, phone, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner Follow through on student inquiries and provide information and assistance as required Support the team in the organization of major promotional events Provide input on marketing activities to promote the Estero Education Services brand and services
