- To act as a link between the sales team handing client on one hand and the internal office team on the other hand.
- Preparation and Maintenance of MIS for Liquid and Non Liquid funds and reporting on a daily basis.
- Responsible for carrying out Client services and grievances handling related to pre and post sales queries such as units allotment, updating of NAV's, change/correction/updating of details of Client in the database.
- Collection and consolidation of information on expected payments from different sales persons and reporting of the same in advance.
- Responsible for collecting additional info from the sales team in case required by the client response or the fund management team.
- Data management relevant to Sales team.
- Maintain database of existing clients and add new and potential client information.
- Conduct sector wise-zone wise study, which will help in lead generation.
- Enable the sales team to better understand their current clients and how their investments stack up.
- Comparative Analysis of Daily AUM Movement across the industry
- Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident
- NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joining
- Any Under Graduate qualification
- 4-8 Years of Experience
