DSP Investment Managers

Primary job responsibilities:

To act as a link between the sales team handing client on one hand and the internal office team on the other hand.
Preparation and Maintenance of MIS for Liquid and Non Liquid funds and reporting on a daily basis.
Responsible for carrying out Client services and grievances handling related to pre and post sales queries such as units allotment, updating of NAV's, change/correction/updating of details of Client in the database.
Collection and consolidation of information on expected payments from different sales persons and reporting of the same in advance.
Responsible for collecting additional info from the sales team in case required by the client response or the fund management team.
Data management relevant to Sales team.
Maintain database of existing clients and add new and potential client information.
Conduct sector wise-zone wise study, which will help in lead generation.
Enable the sales team to better understand their current clients and how their investments stack up.
Comparative Analysis of Daily AUM Movement across the industry

Knowledge and skills required for the role:

Must manage communication to convince within/ outside the firm to accept proposal and programs where there is little interest in cooperating and participating.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
Positive attitude, self-motivated and confident
NISM VA certified or can complete certification before joining
