They are on the lookout for an experienced engineer with a residential background to join their team.In this role, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with the project manager and be responsible for training in new staff and meeting deadlines. This company have an excellent track record of promoting within and offer great career progression opportunities.Key Responsibilities· Reading, interpreting and providing clear communication of construction drawings on site for layouts, material measurements etc.· Ensuring that the setting out is accurate, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site.· Effectively influencing the progress on sites and ensuring programme deadlines are met.· Developing effective relationships and dealing with clients and subcontractors.· Working closely with all other team members to ensure that the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety aspects of the work are adhered to during your project phase on site.· Continually developing your knowledge in the industry, communicating, and implementing best practice guidance to line managers and relevant team members.· Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies and procedures.· To undertake any other duties as reasonably requiredKey Requirements· Minimum 3-5 years experience.· Setting out experience.· Engineering Degree/Diploma.· Computer literate.· Full understanding of design drawings.· RC Frame/ Structural Steel Experience.· Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & programme.· Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills.· Ability to work as part of a team.Package Offered· €75,000 - €80,000 Depending on experience.· Company vehicle or allowance.· 25 Days holidays including public holidays.· Healthcare.· Pension contribution.How to apply for this Site Engineer roleIf you are interested in this Site Engineer position, then please apply via this job board or alternatively, you can send an up-to-date CV to lee.Parker@navartis.ie or call +353 87 383 1166
