Your role Corpay is currently seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Product Owner. As a Salesforce Service Cloud business expert, you will be part of the European team responsible for supporting the delivery of Service Cloud technology solutions across UK Fleet.You will report directly to the VP of UK Fuel Operations and work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager and will be responsible driving the Service Transformation agenda in UK main LOBs.You will assess the business priorities, help with evaluating the business impact and gathering the business requirements and acceptance criteria. You will also be responsible for planning and structuring the business testing, training and post-deployment support to ensure full utilization. A vital part of the role will be to train Service Cloud users across the business and champion the continuous evolution of the product.How we work:

What you'll be doingActs as primary day-to-day point of contact for internal customers and stakeholdersBe the key link between Customer Service and the SalesForce Product ManagerConsult with stakeholders and customer insights to build features for development: business requirements gatheringSupport the Product Manager to evaluate the business value of new features development and prioritize accordingly to business priorities (able to defend business requests and help with setting priorities)Works closely with the business stakeholders to create a prioritised requirements backlogOrganize and lead acceptance test (UAT) effort to ensure the features or fixes match the business requirementsWork with Business Analysts to develop training plan and training materials, and deliver end user training and collect feedback from internal usersResponsible for writing the user stories (grooming and definition)Collaborate with the Service Cloud European Product Manager to set right priority and delivery plan of key business requirementsParticipate in key meetings including daily, sprint planning, refinement sessions, system demos and team retrosFirst contact for Service Cloud internal escalations, day to day operations and troubleshootingRequirements:Deep knowledge of Service processes and Service systems (or at least whom to go to in order to ask questions)Experience using Service Cloud case management by SalesforceExpert in Customer Service processes and operationsCustomer champion / centric: is able to drive enhancements and requirements from a customer point of viewAgile methodology experience is a plusExperience using JIRA or similar tool is a plusAbility to prioritise multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment#LI-BH1About CorpayCorpay is a global technology organisation that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
