- Develop annual public relations plans aligned with the Arsenale & Orient Express Marketing Team and business objectives.
- Identify key target audiences and media channels to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local, national, and international media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Pitch compelling story ideas and press releases to secure media coverage across print, broadcast, and digital platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
- Create engaging press releases, media kits, and other written materials that highlight the hotel's unique offerings, events, and promotions.
- Develop captivating visual content, including photos and videos, to enhance storytelling and drive engagement on social media platforms.
- Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and familiarization tours to showcase the hotel's amenities, culinary offerings, and guest experiences, in alignment with Marketing Teams.
- Coordinate partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and industry leaders to host exclusive events and collaborations.
- Work closely with Arsenale and OE Teams to develop crisis communication protocols and procedures to effectively manage and mitigate negative publicity or reputation issues.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the hotel during crisis situations and coordinate responses with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations, embassies and community leaders to support Hotel commercial development plans and initiatives.
- Represent the hotel at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build relationships and promote brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media metrics, and PR campaign effectiveness to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to track key performance indicators and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in public relations within Luxury Hospitality or luxury lifestyle industry.
- Strong media relations skills with a demonstrated ability to secure high-impact coverage and cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and media monitoring software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Crisis management experience and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Creative mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality and a strong understanding of industry trends and consumer preferences.
