- Support daily HR Business.
- Be the first point of contact for the employees and the external stakeholders.
- Be responsible for own HR projects, ensure the smooth running of various task and projects within the HR department.
- HR (Human Resources) Project Management (e.g. Corporate Health Management, Talent Management, HR Communication,…).
- Management of HR processes (as HR administration, training & development, time management,..), management and maintenance of the internal and external HR tools (HR intranet, career website, etc.) & their corresponding information / documentation.
- Answering HR related questions from our employees and accordingly guide them in the various tools / points of information.
- Employer Branding activities.
- Managing defined recruiting projects on own responsibility.
- Support of HR Business Partner activities (e.g. global mobility).
- Managing the Onboarding process of new employees: person of contact for the future new comer, organization of the Welcome Day for the new comers, in charge of HR training.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or other relevant areas.
- Ideally first experience in the fields of HR and/or communications.
- Being capable of and interested in working in diverse teams and projects.
- Not only interested in working in HR but also marketing and communications and able to connect these different areas to each other, creative and conceptual work.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and aim to work on own responsibility.
- Proactiveness.
- At least basic German knowledge (understanding), higher level of German would be a great plus.
- Good Knowledge of English.
- French knowledge would be a plus.
