You will be responsible for developing and executing the National visual merchandising strategy. Your creativity and strategic planning skills will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a visual merchandising strategy across the retail network to elevate customer experiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize store layouts, brand positioning, and promotional events
- Drive revenue growth through effective visual merchandising strategies
- Develop guidelines for visual merchandising standards to maximize seasonal stock levels
- Continuously improve strategies and visual merchandising practices based on market trends
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to company guidelines and best practices
- Proven experience in a senior Visual Merchandising role within a high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing improvements across a large retail network
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong time management abilities
