- Drive the organization-wide agile adoption strategy and rollout plans
- Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices
- Guide teams to help them stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met
- Work with executives, organizations, leaders and teams on agile values and principles
- Deliver hands-on training, coaching, facilitation and leadership of teams in Scrum, Kanban and Lean practices – from daily meetings, planning, self-organization, estimation, limiting WIP and removing obstacles
- Evaluate and mentor global product development teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, scrum masters, and technical teams.
- Contribute to improvements and standardization of an enterprise SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise agile guidance, training materials, and content
- Help to build and lead an agile community of practice to keep various product development teams aligned
- Occasional travel between global offices may be required

- Required: Certifications in agile and iterative project methodologies (Lean, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- 5+ years of agile project experience in multiple roles
- 2+ years of hands-on agile coaching and/or implementation
- Experience with enterprise planning and product portfolio management
- Undergraduate Degree and relevant professional experience.
- Clear passion for driving organizational change through cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement
- Experience working in a complex environment interacting with multiple stakeholders in different business units
- Preferred: Agile tool administration or configuration experience such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure
- Outstanding writing, training, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Detail oriented and takes initiative
- Positive, can-do attitude, ready to take on new challenges
