Essential Job Functions: IT Requests & Projects Works on projects that emanate from the business plan or requires days to complete Interfaces with the requesting party or IT Analyst and others who are affected by the request to examine the request and explore alternatives to the problem Analyzes how requests will affect existing systems and programs Recommends solutions for IT Request problem Writes new or makes changes to old programs, forms, reports and files Tests and debugs programs and systems Documents all changes Follow-ups with the requester or IT Analyst Updates software change database and IT Request database Performs all other job responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Qualifications Demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service with a consistent, positive, can-do attitude to both internal and external customers Experience in 1 full lifecycle D365 CE implementation or supporting D365 CE development. Strong knowledge of windows applications Strong knowledge of D365 CE Power BI, AX 2012, D365 F&O and PowerApps experience is a plus. Knowledge of ISV applications used with DynamicsD365 CE Proficiency with Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business related field required
