Position Summary The position assists in building meaningful and effective HR Business Partnership between Facility Heads and Department Heads in developing initiatives and programs for the site; providing support to the Day-to-Day Operational HR transactions and support the HR Operations Manager in strengthening Employer-Employee Relations and implementation of Organizational Culture initiatives and Systems. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Business, Public Relations, or other relevant field of study At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Business Partnership role At least a year of experience in Labor Relations and Grievance Management At least a year of experience in Employee Relations and Engagement Technology-savvy with appreciation and understanding of data and its analysis Competencies Talent Management Employee Relations and Grievance Management Written and verbal communication skills Stakeholder Management Basic data analytics
