Biological Monitoring Coordinator

- Arrange and schedule tests for employees participating in the biological monitoring programme.
- Receive and collate test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Enter results into the occupational health management database for evaluation and interpretation by a clinician.
- Liaise with the employer regarding any agreed actions arising from test results.
- Ensure early and appropriate interventions, such as reviewing risk assessments, controls, and employee training/education, based on test results.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in bioscience, biology, or related field.
- Previous experience in biological monitoring or health surveillance programmes preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with both employees and employers.
- Proficiency in data entry and management using occupational health management databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and best practices in occupational health and safety.
