Job Description:As a Sales Specialist for AWG Aero Western Green, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue by engaging with potential clients, promoting our residential and commercial properties, and facilitating property transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client needs, showcase our projects, and guide them through the sales process to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective buyers through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Property Promotion: Showcase AWG Aero Western Green properties to potential buyers through personalized presentations, site visits, and virtual tours.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of AWG Aero Western Green projects.
  • Deal Closure: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with clients to reach mutually agreeable terms, including price, payment schedule, and additional incentives.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Noida real estate market and familiarity with local regulations and practices is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
