- Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective buyers through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Property Promotion: Showcase AWG Aero Western Green properties to potential buyers through personalized presentations, site visits, and virtual tours.
- Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of AWG Aero Western Green projects.
- Deal Closure: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sale with clients to reach mutually agreeable terms, including price, payment schedule, and additional incentives.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
- Documentation: Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status using CRM software, and provide regular reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market and familiarity with local regulations and practices is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
