$140,000 - $180,000Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master Plan : Are you a seasoned pro in the construction world, particularly when it comes to overseeing the construction of high-rise multi-family projects? If so, we've got an opportunity that's tailor-made for your expertise constructing buildings and shaping communities. This role will oversee projects in the Lower Mainland.Salary Range: $140,000 to $180,000Site Superintendent, Highrise Residental & Master Plan Duties:
- Ensure project schedule is on track working in collaboration with the Senior Superintendent and Project Manager
- Execute project work plans aimed at keeping projects on track and on budget
- Manage all key aspects of the construction site
- Maintain a safe and organized site
- Manage all day-to-day activities
- Manage and schedule sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Manage direct employees
- Manage materials and service purchase orders as per company processes
- Lead site project meetings and provide direction and guidance when needed
- Maintain daily reports and schedule to demonstrate site progress
- 6 years+ experience as a Superintendent or similar direct supervisory role
- Experience in concrete high-rise residential is required
- Combination of work experience and/or certification/training in an industry-related trade
- Working knowledge of health and safety programs within the general construction industry
- Solid understanding of current construction practices, working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications
- Ability to guide safe work practices in a high-pressure environment
- Strong leader, able to communicate clearly and promote teamwork
- Ability to use technology, email, and learn software programs as needed
