Head of Campaigns will oversee Uber's efforts to proactively tell the story about how Uber is positively contributing to the cities and communities in which it operates, and lead campaigns to support legislative reforms that ensure Uber remains a platform earners, riders, and eaters can rely on. The focus will be on the US & Canada markets, but will support global efforts, as well. The role reports into the Sr. Director of Policy & Comms, US & Canada.Responsibilities
  • Manage Campaign team and budget
  • Oversee development and execution of Campaign team objectives, strategy, and tactics
  • Responsible for internal reporting and development of campaign playbooks
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with Social Impact, Marketing, Research & Insights, and Social Media
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Political Campaign management (polling, political marketing, comms, third party engagement, field work, etc.)
  • People management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong people management skills
  • A demonstrated record of achievement in managing large and/or complex projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to quickly build relationships and gain respect in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strategic problem solver with excellent business judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep working knowledge of project management methodologies with a head for problem-solving and critical-thinking.
  • A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the team. Thrives on challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$152,000 per year - USD$169,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
