- Manage Campaign team and budget
- Oversee development and execution of Campaign team objectives, strategy, and tactics
- Responsible for internal reporting and development of campaign playbooks
- Manage cross-functional relationships with Social Impact, Marketing, Research & Insights, and Social Media
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Political Campaign management (polling, political marketing, comms, third party engagement, field work, etc.)
- People management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong people management skills
- A demonstrated record of achievement in managing large and/or complex projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to quickly build relationships and gain respect in a cross-functional environment.
- Strategic problem solver with excellent business judgment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep working knowledge of project management methodologies with a head for problem-solving and critical-thinking.
