- Centralize all development best practices and ensure the stability and scalability of the solution in a cross-functional manner.
- Provide level 3 technical support to all teams.
- Master the Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud modules, and their interactions with external systems.
- Participate in scoping and estimating new requirements.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with the customer service department.
- Coordinate cross-technical projects until their deployment in production.
- Strike a balance between innovation and technological stability.
- Work closely with users, developers, and Product Owners to define solutions and oversee their implementation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5) from an Engineering school or equivalent institution.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce and at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Lightning Components, Process Builder, Flow Builder,Community.
- Salesforce certification(s) are required.
- Knowledge of payment industry domains is a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methods (Scrum) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Autonomy, rigor, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead communities, mentor junior profiles, and simplify complex concepts.
- Proactive, team-oriented, curious, and empathetic nature.
