Job Description:Our client, a leading global ICT service provider, is recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their business in Spain.Position Title:Business AnalystPosition Type:PermanentStart Date:ASAPLocation:Madrid or Valladolid, SpainContact:Tamara Rajic | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 74Key responsibilitiesTo analyze, document and ensure the client's requirements.Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis, stakeholders mapping.Extract, Analyze and crunch data to create a landscape of differing types of customers into manageable groupsAnalyze and document business requirements and translate these to functional specification and design and map these to technology.Make presentations/demonstrations/ Proof of Concepts (POCs) to stakeholders.Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.Conduct Market Research.
