Customer Care CoordinatorExeterPermanent - Full-timeSphere is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our clients team based in Exeter.Reporting to the Regional Managing Director you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customer of newly built housing developments and provide a variety of administration support. This role will involve coordinating and managing all aspects of customer care, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer care or similar role, within the housing or construction industry, ideally.
  • Knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations advantageous
  • Valid driving license as some occasional travel to sites across the South West region.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills t
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other CRM databases
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
On Offer
  • Salary circa £28,000 depending on experience
