- Previous experience in customer care or similar role, within the housing or construction industry, ideally.
- Knowledge of NHBC standards and regulations advantageous
- Valid driving license as some occasional travel to sites across the South West region.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other CRM databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary circa £28,000 depending on experience
