DescriptionFor our client, a global market leader in functional food ingredients near Leuven, we are looking for a Sales Administrator. What will your duties be?
  • Generating and maintaining accurate customer master data, including registering contracts in our designated data management system, SAP. You'll also be responsible for updating records as needed and swiftly resolving any discrepancies to uphold the integrity of our data.
  • Collaborating with the sales team by providing relevant commercial information and support, enabling them to excel in their sales activities.
  • Managing purchase orders according to established procedures, ensuring smooth execution up to invoicing and documentation completion.
  • Coordinating the timely creation or acquisition of necessary export documents in collaboration with customs brokers or government agencies. You'll also be responsible for validating customer-requested documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Facilitating the weekly planning process by liaising with shipment points to organize upcoming orders and loading timeslots. Additionally, you'll arrange transportation for both land and container freight, oversee the booking of loading slots, and manage any associated costs.
