We're looking for a freelance Digital Marketing Growth Hacker to join our Marketing Manager in our HQ in Antwerp, Belgium on designing and executing our marketing campaigns & projects.Please note the working hours for this role will be 32h/week.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
As a key player in our growth and content marketing efforts, you will:
  • Spearhead our B2B paid channel activities, primarily focusing on LinkedIn Ads to boost lead generation and brand awareness
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across our digital channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), return on investment (ROI), and other relevant KPIs
  • Conduct thorough analysis of web performance to continuously refine and innovate our content strategy.
  • Develop and optimize content with a strong focus on SEO to drive web traffic.
  • Enhance conversion rates by driving robust growth in website traffic and lead generation
  • Execute advanced retargeting and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously explore and test new paid channel opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Actively support the creation and ideation of impactful content that resonates with our audience.
  • Assist in managing our social media presence, including content creation, copywriting, and visual content development.
What You Need to Succeed
Your background and skills include:
  • Over 3 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth environment focused on digital and growth marketing.
  • Exception English language skills, both written and verbal
  • Some experience with content creation and short-form content writing is highly appreciated
  • A proven track record of managing and executing effective B2B paid marketing campaigns across various channels, with a particular strength in LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, conversion rate, etc
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and not afraid to get your hands dirty with new, unfamiliar tasks
  • You have a strong willingness to learn
  • Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns
