- Develop the sell-in and sell-out on the entire existing customer portfolio
- Promote, negotiate and sell products to your direct customers (placement of new products, cycle offers and restocking)
- Set up appropriate local actions to boost your points of sale (challenge, offer against purchase, POS materials)
- Train beauty consultants on products during training days, specific events or evenings
- Ensure the proper implementation and monitoring of negotiated marketing operations
- Build strong and lasting relationships with sales teams
- Manage specific requests / disputes in relation with customer service or marketing
- Produce a daily activity report
- Report competitive intelligence and suggest recommendations for brand improvement
- Identify growth and development opportunities for the brand
- Prospect, present implantation offers and open up new clients in your area
- Train pharmacy teams on the entire product catalogue and novelties
- Negotiate and implement promotional packages, local actions and in-store visibility
- Ensure optimum brand exposure: identify and negotiate strategic locations within points of sale (high-traffic areas, visibility at eye level)
- Update planograms in line with merchandising recommendations
- Highlight the brand’s tools and materials (shelf ruler, display, tester holder, POS material etc.) and upgrade the quality of the brand experience with point of sale
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial skills and are resilient
- You are autonomous, rigorous and organised
- You are an expert in the cosmetics/perfumery sector
- Mastering the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential
- A valid driving license is required, as you will be travelling to Flanders and the Netherlands on a daily basis
- You will preferably live in the province of Antwerp
- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Professional fluency in French is a plus
