- Due to the nature of the role, we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year*
- Work effectively with the sales team and General Sales Manager, to achieve own and the team's monthly sales targets
- Take ownership of the customer's experience throughout the entire customer journey
- Achieve a minimum of on-target sales every month and generate return business
- Greet and welcome customers on arrival to the store
- Check and maintain the sales pitch area
- Manage the customer database and sales prospects
- Complete the handover process of vehicles upon customer collection
- Conduct post-collection calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Confidently and successfully upsell relevant products and promote 'same day driveaway'
- Quality check vehicles before they are collected/delivered to the customer
- Accurately check part exchange vehicles using an app
- Assist the online sales team with 'CitNOW' videos, pictures and any other information required
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service levels as measured by NPS
- Ensure customers are happy with their purchase and assist them on test drives
- Provide quotes effectively and follow up within agreed timescales
- Complete home deliveries as and when required

- A full UK driving licence
