- Develop, test, implement, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow environments at Vancity.
- Work with other teams to identify any existing gaps, improve, and automate processes.
- Review and analyze business requirements to formulate solutions.
- Build and analyze reports and dashboards.
- Stay current with and evaluate new tools and techniques to contribute to the overall efficiency of the platform.
- Document development work and final solutions. Review product documentation and apply the learnings to your work.
- Communicate effectively with the team and business stakeholders regarding development work. Provide training and/or documentation to team and Business Stakeholders.
- Ensure ServiceNow platform security configuration aligns with corporate security policies and industry best practices.

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Developer Certified is a bonus.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, developers, and subject matter experts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Technical skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Integrations, Custom Scoped Applications
