- Organize schedules, calendar, travel, and appointment for MD
- Received and register all incoming and out coming correspondences
- Coordinate between high level stakeholders for high publications
- Manage company's mail account.
- Performs any related tasks as required
- Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 4-6 years experience in office management
- Good knowledge of Arabic and English
- Excellent command of Microsoft office tools
