- Coordinate and oversee construction activities for Phase 2 of the retail mall project.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Liaise with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction promptly.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and building codes.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure construction aligns with architectural plans.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team of professionals.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
