Along with your CV we will require to see examples or links to your Photography and Videography work.An independent Estate Agents are now looking for a full-time Property Photographer and Videographer to take on the role of taking their interior and exterior photography and videography of their properties coming available for sale to include Floor Plans on properties coming on to the market. The available position is full-time and permanent with half of your week being home based and there is flexibility with your working day and you will need to drive and have your own car. You will be required to attend photography and videography shoots in Havering to include the areas of Hornchurch, Upminster, Romford, Gidea Park and out to Brentwood, Shenfield, Ingatestone, Ongar and outlining villages and out to Loughton, Epping and Chigwell for example. Property Photographer and Videographer The successful candidate will need to: - Be reliable and hard working - Have a courteous and friendly manner - Have excellent communication skills - Possess outstanding organisational and time management ability Property Photographer and Videographer - Experience in property photography and videography is essential along with Floor Plan experience. - Knowledge of creative arts and the property industry is favourable but not compulsory.
