Also ensuring that they are happy as well as the clients, our values are: fairness, reliable, honesty, supporting and happiness, Field support Care Pro's will ensure all these values are met.As well as this and your natural flare of compassion, empathy, and the desire to help others, will be an essential part of this role, enjoying 1hr minimum stay, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients, providing their care in a dignified manner from start to finish, giving companionship and stimulation with their daily activities, ensures their safety, comfort and maintenance of their emotional health and wellbeing. You will have your own clients also to follow:-This will include but is not limited to:
  • Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, when required.
  • Medication Reminders: Ensuring clients take their medications as prescribed.
  • Meal Preparation: Planning and preparing nutritious meals according to dietary needs.
  • Light Housekeeping: Assisting with light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Transportation: Providing transportation for clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Giving them the freedom and choice when require
Gaining familiarity about you, your hobbies, and interests, you will be matched to your clients and will remain under their care, allowing you both to build a trusting relationship, to engage with each other, not only will complete the task led elements of your visit but you can be their companion also.You will be supporting them to stay at home with their creature comforts and familiar environments. Allowing them to continue living life their way, as comfortably as possible putting their wishes at the very heart of what you do.QualificationsYou should have experience in care, ideally have an NVQ2 & 3 in Health & Social care, however if you don't and you have a lot of experience we will gladly and a discussion about the role.You MUST be a driver with your own vehicle.Additional InformationBenefits include:
