- Process customers’ orders and timely delivery dispatch from Regional Distribution Center to customers and invoice shipped orders
- Ensure that shipment to customers is reliable, on time and in line with current legislation, operation model and trade terms (includes if needed inventory/sales data weekly update, replenishment plan generation (via Customer replenishment tool), order composition, capacity planning, delivery tracking)
- Own and support Operations projects within agreed focus areas and support the Operations Manager to deliver company plan and ambitions
- Be a point of contact on supply related questions to Customers / Sales team
- Analyze performance related to assigned customers (Out of stocks, service level, delivery service, launch adherence etc.)
- Close partnership with Sales and Marketing department and ensure excellent launches and promo execution
- Handle customer claims
- Customer operations professional with experience preferably from any FMCG company
- Strong MS Excel skills, experience in using SAP is an advantage
- Very good analytical skills, ability to interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and issues
- Communication and collaboration skills which help you to work with external and external customers
- Good knowledge of Czech/Slovak and English in both written and spoken basis - daily communication
