- Delivering monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Providing electronic content to healthcare professionals and prospective nurses
- Analyzing sales progress versus target and propose strategies to accelerate sales optimization or mitigate risk
- Maintaining awareness of market trends and competition to establish market leadership.
- Establishing direct contact with end-users and further expand product value
- Keeping information on SWOT and set strategies for sustainable organic growth by account
- Providing detailed product information and meet clinical/academic needs
- Possess extensive new business development experience in healthcare.
- Be agile, proactive, and able to go above and beyond the call of duty
- Possess sales and marketing knowledge, including sales cycle and sales management skills
- Have a deep understanding of IT and technical insight into electronic products and solutions
- Be proficient in Chinese and Business English
- Possess data analytical skills, CRM management, and effective decision-making processes
