TanggungjawabJob description1) To print out daily online orders (Shopee/Garden of EDEN website/ other 3rd party online platforms), pick, pack and arrange courier pick-up)2) To answer customer queries on Shopee/Lazada/Website platform concerning product info/ product prices / order status.3) To contact courier company to check on status update of parcel if any delay / any issue4) To do blending, mixing, and packing of beauty / PA orders (ie. massage oils, essential oils) to be shipped to customers5) To fill our conversion form after doing blending, mixing and packing of beauty/ PA orders accordingly6) To monitor and update stock level in Shopee / Lazada platform7) To schedule Shocking Sale on Shopee to clear short expiry stocks, as and when needed.8) Handling all courier receiving9) Handling all outgoing courier for direct sales and others despatches10) Liaise with office cleaner11) Liaise with Management office for maintenance issue / to lodge complaint12) In charge of parking access card matter and collect receipt from parking office13) In charge of office grocery & stationery14) in charge office maintenance matter15) moving stock to store room when receiving16) assisting in month end stock take17) arrange raw material send to factory for production18) others administrative work when required20) To do packaging work on products (shrinkwrap/re-work/sorting) as and when required21) To answer phone callsManfaatBenefits:
