What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!About the project: You will be working for Netflix, a subscription-based streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internet-connected device.Your Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
Provide information on subscription plans
Assist with account management and billing
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Stay up-to-date with new features and content
Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.
What you will need:
Fluent level of German language (at least C1)
Good level of English language (at least B2)
Communication skills
Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!

Standard salary of 1300€ gross x 14 months
10% of the base salary as a Performance Bonus per month – for results from work and meeting expectations
