Consumer Experience Design Specialist

- Work with customers to modify and finalize stationery designs
- Edit the designs to the customer's specifications and work one-on-one with the customer over email to finalize the design
- Create and send proofs to customers in a timely manner
- Create print-ready files for customer designs
- Demonstrate your ability to provide great customer service in quality and timeliness and adhere to high quality work product and production standards at all times
- Communicate thoroughly with customers, tech teams and other team members
- Assist difficult customers or situations with a calm and professional demeanor
- Continually learn new products and stay up to date with product releases to more accurately assist clients that contact us
- May assist larger CX team with phones, chats, and emails beyond design work, based on business need.
- Position may require working hours to align with multiple time-zones, depending on business need
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
- Graphic design experience/training, particularly with Adobe Suite of products (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; to respond to our couples with warmth, sincerity, and simply great responses
- Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail - you are working to ensure couple's receive a perfect product for their wedding!
- Demonstrate self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
- Wedding industry experience and etiquette knowledge
- Print design knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficiency with Google Suite tools, preferred
