- Able to speak, write and understand English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be first priority
- Mandarin speaker would be added advantage in order to deal with stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work at Kajang.
- Diploma in Human Resources or Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a retail environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collect, review, and process employee time and attendance data.
- Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime accurately.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute payroll checks or process direct deposits.
- Maintain payroll records and employee data in the HR2000 system.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Generate payroll reports for management and finance departments.
- Assist in audits related to payroll and employee records.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters professionally and promptly.
- Provide guidance and assistance to employees on payroll-related policies and procedures.
