We're a US-based company searching for a bookkeeper with e-commerce savvy. Our ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in e-commerce bookkeeping. Join us in driving innovation and growth in this dynamic industry!The RoleYour responsibilities will include:

Handles data entry in QuickBooks.
Maintains and updates financial records, inclusive but not limited to bookkeeping and managing AP/AR
Answers phone calls and emails from internal and external customers.
Schedules and coordinates appointments and meetings as needed.
Monitors incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments.
{Manages collections accounts by performing customer outreach.
Must be comfortable following up with customers, collecting, and having difficult conversations.

2+ years working as a remote employee.
2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
2+ years of QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Superb English communication skills both oral and written.
Experience with Google Apps: Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus.
A BBA or a degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines.
