Additional potential areas are procurement (standardisation of consumables) and logistics.Strong project and change management skills and existing specialised knowledge in one of these areas is therefore required for driving a successful transformation programme in a decentralised organisation such as Eurofins.A key task within this role is the development of standardised tools that can be used by all Lean and Operational Excellence specialists across the global scope of Eurofins. You will report into a Permanent Improvement Programmes Manager who themselves reports to the Chief Operating Officer for Food and Environment Testing.Tasks include but are not limited to:

Excel models are an important part of the toolkit, therefore the ability to handle datasets is a must.Launch and run projects within the assigned operational excellence programmes.
Structure, launch and ensure the successful implementation of the performance measurement (e.g. BU benchmarking), Industrial Automation, and Operational Improvement projects jointly with the Business Lines’ Project Managers and/or technical experts.

  • Programme management and reporting results to senior management.
Oversee a portfolio of projects at regional and international level. This means that you must be comfortable with delivering and overseeing several workstreams in parallel, and that you can collect heterogeneous information and create progress reports.
You will interact with senior management (Country Managers) to align the programmes with strategic objectives and organisational priorities.
  • Define and develop laboratory layouts and standard processes (blueprints).
