- Taking the lead in drafting proposals for (yearly) commercial agreements
- Responsible for correct rebate settlements and pricing agreements
- Focus on improving GtN ratio in commercial agreements and transactions
- Ensuring all agreements are in line with pricing policy
- Together with BUD and Sales Lead responsible for yearly price list and commercial policy process
- Analyzes and concludes on available customer, market, and competitive data and provides feedback to the BUD on effectiveness of pricing/commercial strategy.
- Monthly forecast
- Managing and preventing out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
- Cooperates in the development of the strategic and tactical plan in collaboration with Marketing, Technical team, Sales team and the BUD.
- Identifies commercial opportunities through networking of the different stakeholders
- Develops and implements the key account and strategic plan in alignment with the strategic and tactical plan of the business unit and this based on the analysis of the customer needs
- Uses data from the CRM as well as other data and own experience to ensure an update of the customer’s information
- Ensure key account information is continuously updated in the CRM system
- Builds strong business relationship with key accounts, leading to satisfaction and loyalty
- Implements solutions for the customers based on their needs
- Strives for a win-win situation in alignment with the business goals
- Identifies key accounts, key influencers, and decision makers through a good analysis of the Key Accounts.
- Works closely with internal teams (marketing, BD, technical team,...) in order to develop customer satisfaction
- Creates value on the field for customer's need
- At least 3 years of experience in animal health industry
- High level of diplomacy, negotiating skills but constructive assertiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated motivation and focus on achieving measurable, tangible result
- Competent use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and in IT technology in general
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to keep learning
- High degree of analytical and tactical thinking
- A team player, but also able to work autonomously
