Guarantee that the President / Managing Director of each Eurofins legal entity enjoys the required independence to successfully run his/her legal entity.
Ensure that no actions damaging the corporate veil around each legal entity is taken by higher up leadership or corporate teams.
Improve the guidelines defining the relationships between legal entities, Eurofins' holdings and Business Line Management.
Define and execute a project plan that improves processes and systems to increase the Net Promotor Score of the delivered services as seen by the business leaders.
Issue organisational recommendations which support the balance between autonomy and control.
The candidate should have strong organisational and communications skills as well as autonomy and the ability to act fast. The Entrepreneurial Affairs Project Leader should significantly contribute to the Group's transformation ambition required to carry on its growth plans.QualificationsPersonal skills

Very structured with strong organisational skills;
Excellent communication skills
Education
Masters Degree in Law, Business or Engineering
Language skills
English (fluent written and spoken);
Any additional language is an asset.
Previous experience
5-7 years of experience, of which at least 2-3 years in a similar position in a Group or law firm.
