From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.Eurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies.Job DescriptionIn order to support its fast and sustainable growth, Eurofins Scientific is creating an Entrepreneurial Affairs Project Leader position.With its entrepreneurial and leadership charter, Eurofins seeks to guarantee the independence of its legal entities and the freedom of action of their leaders without undue interference from senior leadership or corporate bureaucracy.The Entrepreneurial Affairs Project Leader should:
  • Guarantee that the President / Managing Director of each Eurofins legal entity enjoys the required independence to successfully run his/her legal entity.
  • Ensure that no actions damaging the corporate veil around each legal entity is taken by higher up leadership or corporate teams.
  • Improve the guidelines defining the relationships between legal entities, Eurofins' holdings and Business Line Management.
  • Define and execute a project plan that improves processes and systems to increase the Net Promotor Score of the delivered services as seen by the business leaders.
  • Issue organisational recommendations which support the balance between autonomy and control.
The candidate should have strong organisational and communications skills as well as autonomy and the ability to act fast. The Entrepreneurial Affairs Project Leader should significantly contribute to the Group's transformation ambition required to carry on its growth plans.QualificationsPersonal skills
  • Strong expertise on legal risks associated with Group structures;
  • Results oriented;
  • High level of energy, drive and passion to succeed;
  • Very structured with strong organisational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills
Education
  • Masters Degree in Law, Business or Engineering
  • Language skills
  • English (fluent written and spoken);
  • Any additional language is an asset.
Previous experience
  • 5-7 years of experience, of which at least 2-3 years in a similar position in a Group or law firm.
