The position of market access pricing analysis support involves being responsible for submitting pricing (pricing, rebates and tenders) and informing both internal stakeholders (local and global) and external customers. This includes working closely with market access managers and key account managers for hospitals.Your main tasks will include managing pricing in Belgium and Luxembourg, including requesting CNK codes from the National Association of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers for new products/packages, preparing price submission files, managing local price lists and coordinating the PARF process. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating price changes to both external customers and internal stakeholders, preparing price lists for field sales and reporting significant changes in price and reimbursement to the Works Council. You will also serve as the point of contact for pricing inquiries from other departments and coordinate the annual engagement for INAMI.In addition to price management, you will also be involved in logistical coordination for Market Access.This includes representing Market Access at weekly supply meetings, leading the local IC3 group for internal coordination around logistics issues, and ensuring optimal communication on logistics events to both internal and external customers.You continuously monitor news from Pharma.be and publications in the Official Gazette, and alert internal customers to any changes in pricing and reimbursement regulations.Supporting pricing analysis for market access, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth pricing and logistical processes both internally and externally.Functie eisenTo assist in price analysis for market entry, you can check off the following.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare administration
At least 3 years of working experience in a market access environment (pharmaceutical industry, INAMI, health insurance funds...), with good knowledge of pricing and reimbursement processes/rules/regulations in Belgium and Luxembourg
Preferably good knowledge of MSD portfolio, product positioning and life cycle status
Preferably knowledge of MSD internal approval processes (e.g. PARF, GMAX price lists...) and MSD IT systems.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word.
Language : trilingual (Nl, Fr & Eng)
